Boris Volland
General Manager

Boris is responsible for supervising all aspects of Noble’s operations, bringing 25 years of experience in the woodworking industry with him. He has held several leadership positions where he excelled at streamlining operations and broadening infrastructure to facilitate growth. Boris is fluent in both German and English. He developed his hands-on woodwork experience during a three year apprenticeship and earned a Bachelor’s of Science in wood technology from the College for Applied Wood Science and Technology in Melle, Germany as well as Master Cabinet maker certificate. Later in his career he earned a M.B.A in business form Upper Iowa University.

Sebastian Erb
Director of International Manufacturing - Windows

Sebastian is responsible of coordinating operations and engineering of our Windows & Door division, implementing lean methodologies, inventory procedures, reviewing projects and production data with his team. Previously, Sebastian held several engineering positions - excelling at modern manufacturing methods, project management and safety and quality management. He started his woodworking career as a cabinet maker in Germany where he learned the trade from building furniture hands on in the shop to planning and installing complete projects.

Wilie Lopez
Director of International Manufacturing - Millwork

Willie is our Director of International Manufacturing Millwork. He is responsible for planning, directing and overseeing the operations. He brings 30 years of experience in management positions where he obtained several skills in a wide range of areas not limited to creativity, structure, knowledge, commitment, and versatility with an emphasis in team management, critical problem solving, project planning, retail and wholesale selling, building customer relationships, creating profits for the shareholders. His strengths are clear communication skills, knowledge of the product, ability to use positive language amongst his peers, developing short and long term goals, implementing company wide procedures and systems for better effectiveness, improving operational performance based on data driven controls and visibility. Customer service and satisfaction is his highest priority and that’s what sets his work apart from others. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Martha Barajas
Administrative Manager

Martha has been with Noble Millwork since 2014, bringing with her 25 years of experience in accounting and finance. She oversees daily operations and is the go to for problem solving issues. She handles all aspects of accounting along with Import/export for Noble and has helped develop the highest standards of Human Relations in her time there. Martha graduated from the Autonomous University of Baja California as a CPA.
